IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION

The vacation home you rent is owned by a family under the laws and statutes of the State of Florida.  The rules and regulations are not arbitrary, but established within the condominium documents of the resort.  Neither the management nor owner can make exceptions.

1. To rent, age requirement is 21 year of age or older.
2. Occupancy limit of 5 is strictly enforced.
3. A deposit of 25% per week per unit is required on all reservations.
4. If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the date of check in all monies are refunded less a $50 administration fee.  If a reservation is cancelled at 30 days in advance of check in or less, all funds will be forfeited unless the unit is re-rented and all proceeds from the re-rental will go to the original renter.
5. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday Check in time is 3:00 PM (EST) and check out time is by 10:00 AM (EST).
6. No pets are permitted unless they are a certified aid for the disabled (paperwork will be required to verify).
7. Please bring your own beach towels.
8. Please call 239-463-5795 if you will be arriving later than 5:00 PM for check-in procedures.
